In the beginning you should add 80% in stamina and 20% in energy. You get defence and attack from finishing boards so don’t be stressed about that. The reason why it is better to have stamina rather than energy is simple, you can only use energy on boards and looting season, crimes etc but stamina you use in fighting and you really want to have huge stamina. Use your gold tokens to buy skill tokens and put it in stamina, don’t be stressful about buying stray cat’s because you can always buy 1 or 2 every week or just 1 in a week. If you buy them all it cost 800 gold tokens. Try buying Night Clubs faster than others because you get enforcers for every 5 clubs and buy Coffee Shop and Pool Hall because the fill your stamina and energy every 24 hours, if you collect them sooner you get less. - To hit or not to hit
Retaliation and Choice of Target: Always retaliate every hit, unless the Gang/Family is on a Cease-Fire or Ally, Blood, Friends, SFT, etc. list when applicable. If unable to retaliate against a stronger Rival Gangster [human player], let your Admin know via Facebook PM or post to your War Room [If required] and they will deal with them as appropriate. Please include a link for the attacking Rival. That is if you’re attacked more than twice daily. Or can show a pattern of getting hit more than once daily, for an extended period of time. If you have any questions always retaliate, always. However some individuals/gangs choose only to hit Rival Mobsters [[red highlighted in-game generated characters on the Fightlist [FL]]. That is their prerogative, so be it. Leave them alone, if you know which gangs they are. They’re doing that already for you. Reciprocation does a lot of good in life and in the game. Also keep in mind the strength of a Gangsters Family. Sometimes it’s just better to leave alone certain gangs and Families due to who you can win against and those you can’t. - Building your Mafia Stats
A. Mafia Size & Mafia Attack and Defense:
If this applies, please build up your Mafia Size Attack and Defense. Everyone playing can obtain the max of 521 Mafia Size thru adding Cats, sending Friend Requests (FR), plus obtaining Guard Dogs, Scorpions, Bouncers and Red Foxes, while doing Jobs. Plus the Godfather’s Assignments adds 40 Enforcers. Add to your inventory to build mafia attack/defense by collecting loot from jobs completed like Downtown, The Getaway, Las Vegas, Berlin, Gang Hustle and always, always kill your Bosses and Rival Mobsters (reds)! Even after completing a Special Event job like Smoke & Mirrors, Luck of the Irish, Seek and Destroy, etc go back and collect as many emphasized/special items (For instance Magician’s Hat, Arcane Potion, Mortar Cannon, Thug’s Hoodie, etc etc as applicable) as you can until you stop getting credit for them or until time runs out and the event is over. It cannot be stressed enough the more Inventory you have, the higher the stat totals for Mafia Size Attack and Defense. Use of Power Attack on the FL/Boss will always require a minimum of 5 stamina and 5 health. Just because you have a high PAC, doesn’t mean it gets applied to maximum, in every fight.
B. Mafia Reloaded (MR) Friend Requests (FR):
As you know we all can send 50 MR FR per day, but did you know once you’ve maxed the 50, you can turn around and message a family, say whomever. But it’s your best bet, to 1st send a message to Blood and Allies requesting they send you FRs. Note: Your Mafia Size is reliant on Friends totals. The max Friends you can have is 2,800 depending on your level. I’ve seen more on higher levels over 10k up to 5k in-game Friends. Now go and build up those stats/totals. There are links for your Allies, (see your Family for info), you can use to send FR to and easily build your Friends total. It’s preferred you build up your Friends total thru Allies. You need this.
C. One Step Method aka Step by Step:
The One Step Method is a process where you max out a Gangster’s specs one at a time. 1. Max Stamina to 60-70k 2. Max Health to 120-140k 3. Max Attack to 15-30k 4. Max Defense to 7.5-15k 5. Max Energy to 7.3-10k Once you complete the One Step Method your’re on your own, do as you like. It works but makes the Gangster’s specifications very unbalanced. Keep in mind you have keep your Power Assist Cost (PAC) inline with the recommendations for Stamina and Health on the PAC chart + upgrading Mafia Size Defense + upgrading Defense, otherwise you’re going to suffer a lot of defeats. (Note: Keep in mind when upgrading your stats, the amount required to do a job or fight, becomes higher in step as the total for a stat climbs higher). This applies to use of PAC and Jobs.
D. Experience Ratio Method:
Another method to build your Gangster quicker and balanced, is to use the Experience Ratio Method. It enables you to level up quicker, gain gold and skill tokens faster, etc. due to having the energy and stamina to cover your leveling up requirements. Get your experience ratio as close to 5.0 as quickly as possible, see article 19 for further information. + Max Stamina to 15-20k + Max Health to 30-40K + Max Energy to 7.3-10k + Max Attack to 9.5-10K + Max Defense to 7 to 7.5k + all categories should get done simultaneously. Once complete, proceed to the One Step/PAC Assist Methods to further upgrade your Gangster.
E. PAC Assist Method:
This is a new suggestion. Instead of upgrading defense in unison with attack at/or higher input, at every 150 Skill token (ST), add 50 ST into attack, stamina and health, all the while maintaining PAC but with the following stipulations. At every 450th ST, save 50 ST then add to defense. However always keep Health 2k over PAC requirement for smallz (ie lower level minis). Then once health is around 20k, go 20-30k over PAC. Essentially Ur health is your def according to PAC and Silent Cat Games. That’s partially correct. Defense factors into the equation, I just don’t have an explanation how that is correct, for now. Always build your attack. Basically your PAC assist upgrades should fall somewhere in line with the following stats: Att: same as/or double current level Def: half your att. Stam: 4 to 1 your level Health: 20k or higher over PAC Energy: 7.3-10k. Depending on level and Mafia Size: at 521 somewhere between 270-320k Mafia Att and Def.
F. Assets:
Max out the following as quickly as possible: Nightclub, Pool Hall and Coffee Shop. Level up your Parking Lot, Gas Station, Country Home and Warehouse to Level 20 and leave alone until you’ve maxed out the others. However when ready max the Country Home prior to the Parking Lot, Gas Station and Warehouse. Lastly upgrade your Health Club to level 35 in congress with the Nightclub, then leave alone. Once other requirements are met, upgrade at your leisure.

G. Example Gangster Stats:
Level 7k Gangster account: 7-9k Attack, 3.5-4.5k defense, 28-36k Stamina, 76-92K Health. 7.3-10k energy. Mafia Size: 511, Mafia Att and D: 280k. Reminder: Do your best to maintain your exp ratio around 5.5 – 6. Self leveling is around 4.6 ER. Don’t forget to turn your Gold Tokens into ST as well after you purchased the 160 stray cats to add to your Mafia size.
- Daily Loot:
Collect daily loot on the MR FB group page [1]. Not only does it enhance your character/avatar it also distributes ten gang points daily. Don’t forget to play Lucky Draw daily, you can enter 5 times at 20k apiece. Sweet goodies awarded occasionally. Click the Pet Store/Godfather tab, then choose Lucky Draw as you wish, up to 5 times. Also do your assignments as quickly as possible. Don’t want to get killed by the same players/tag team over and over and over again? Do this: Go to Profile, press the Edit Setting button then, Check the box for, Stop health regeneration when dead. See link above for selection options. - Rival Mobsters:
Always clear your Rival Mobsters (game generated), list daily. You can build up your Inventory and valuable gang points in the process. However, do it smartly and leave ten opponents for completing the Daily Checklist. Also note that the Rival Mobsters list populates at one additional Mobster per hour at 24 per day. - Personal Gangster upgrading suggestion:
Select Profile and look at your Primary Skills (PR). For upcoming opponents you’ll need to build up all your PR but pay particular attention to Health and Stamina. Build up your Stamina to a minimum of 4 to 1, that is whatever your current level is then build Stamina x4 of that. Build your Health at a 2 to 1 application of 2 points to Health vs 1 point to Stamina in accordance with PAC. Keep in mind that the lower the Experience Ratio (ER(ideal ER:4.6)) the easier it is to level up without assistance from GTs or from refills. Build Attack to over 2k whatever your current gangster level is, better yet double it. Defense should match current level or get built higher. Attack and Defense skills are essential and if you neglect them you will find yourself on the Fight List (FL) with very tough opponents. Also keep in mind that some of the Crimes and Special Events require large quantities of Stamina and Energy. With that in mind, build your Energy to a minimum of 7.3k. Keep on hand a minimum of 50 GT at all times if able, you will need them to proceed in finishing events, ie Lucky Match and Safe Cracker. [Note this: Once you complete buying the 160 stray cats with your gold tokens, everyone alike has availability for purchasing skill tokens or whatever desired. Don’t exchange your GT directly for ST. Instead use GT to level up when needed. That way you pay 3 or 5 GT for 5 ST, instead of 10 GT for 5 ST]. Save up 150 skill tokens (ST), spend how you see fit. Reason for saving up the 150 ST is, ER lowers quicker when larger sums are applied. - Technique for more cash and quicker leveling
The lower your Experience Ratio (ER) the better. Preferred ER is around 5-6. Highly desired is 4.6 or lower, which allows self leveling. Some Families recommend the following technique to level up faster (by repeating over and over), via selecting the Downtown Tab in Jobs and then do the following Jobs in chapter 10: “Show them why they need protection” and “Collect your protection fee”. Plus it’s good way to build up needed money. Don’t worry about completing Downtown Jobs. Complete Downtown Jobs to the Silver level thru Chapters 1-9. Take the Downtown Jobs Chapter 10 to the Ruby level but don’t worry about completing it. At Getaway Jobs finish all chapters completely. Same goes for Las Vegas & Berlin Jobs. Once you’ve completed all the chapters from Getaway, Las Vegas and Berlin Jobs, go back and complete Downtown Jobs when all chapters are complete, proceed to the Cuba Jobs chapters. - Use of Gold Tokens:
If you don’t plan on spending money, then don’t use all of your gold tokens generated from playing the game on skill tokens. You will need them for special events like Lucky Match, Safe Cracker, Blackjack, etc. etc. to play again. Another try for these special events is/are usually allowed up to three times and at 8 gold tokens per try. - Fair Play:
Please insure you play honorably and respectfully. Do not curse at anyone if at all possible. Be helpful and contribute daily to your family. Always complete your Daily Checklist if possible. Let the Admin handle all negotiations. - Shared events [Crimes]:
Please remember to complete all shared tasks [Crimes], in a timely manner (norm is .5-2hrs). Before starting/joining other shared tasks, keep in mind we are only allowed to help on 6 at a time. Once complete remove/delete the posted shared task. - Minis:
If individuals have minis in other families, it’s their responsibility to let everyone in the family know that info. Don’t assume sending fellow family members an in-game FR alone will prevent minis getting attacked. Owners of minis must personally send a message stating that’s their mini so and so (By name & gang), along with the FR, in order to prevent confusion. Don’t want to do it, fine, stop crying about the damn minis. Additionally if you think about it, the placement of tags on minis is just another layer of minutia everyone has to deal with, because people just want to have an excuse to start crap with each other. It’s not like players don’t have enough information to deal with. Let’s add another layer and keep track of everyone else’s minis as well. Apparently making the game suck is a real thing for some people, whatever. The simplest solution is put forth over and over in this paragraph/topic. Either keep your minis in your Family, or as stated above notify everyone in your family that you have minis in other families, or don’t have minis at all. PS: When joining a new Family always accept all FR, most of them are more than likely a Family members Mini, who wish to remain anonymous. - Betraying the Family:
Never unfriend (in-game) and attack fellow family members. Unless U hitting U friends, your minis, etc. and it’s ok’ed by both parties. Never attack and kill departing family members [untagged] if they only had a disagreement. It is never acceptable for family members to attack fellow family members. If a Family Member attacks and kills another family member, report it ASAP to the Family in the War Room, don’t make this info available to the public. Everyone in the family needs to know who has betrayed the Family trust. Any instance must be made an example. Anyone doing so will be considered a traitor and must be expelled from the family immediately and then attacked by the entire family. - Allies:
Never hit Allies. If you fail to do so more than once, it will result in immediate expulsion, no questions asked. If an Ally hits you, report it ASAP to an Admin, via Facebook PM, don’t broadcast this info in the open. Regardless if you’re Blood (Considered same as Family, a stronger connection than an Ally), an Ally or Friend, don’t ever betray the trust. It’s nothing trivial, it’s a sacred bond. - Gang Recruitment Statement:
There is no such thing as a dumb question. We have three rules: No. 1: Be respectful at all times, don’t bully or camp on rival gangs/gangsters. Retaliate proportionally as required, because we always hit back. ie a. Drivebys [A coordinated operation where rival gangs hit their rival gang’s total/certain amount of gangsters and/or admin based upon stats and recent history], will be initiated by the admin as deemed necessary. b. If a rival gang-member attacks you repeatedly, that is more than twice daily, or is targeting you over a 7 day period of time that is more than once daily, then post the offenders link in the War Page and list offense(s), they will get dealt with, if at all possible. etc. No. 2: Never hit Family Members, period, ever. No excuses, immediate expulsion. No. 3: Never hit Allies. If you fail to do so more than once, it will result in immediate expulsion, no questions asked. If an Ally hits you, report it ASAP to an admin, via Facebook PM, don’t broadcast this info in the open. In-game recruitment statement: “Hi are U a daily player or close to playing everyday? If so we would be happy to have you. We always have each others back. Sound good? Click the War Page link & ask to join. :)” Last but not least, this is a game, so have fun already. lol - State of War and Cease-Fire:
Declarations of War and arranging Cease-Fires are the province of the Admin as guided by or as instructed by the Family Boss/God Father [GF] and Under Bosses. Dissemination of information is on a need to know basis. Further instruction from the Admin is contingent of an enemy’s response to a state of War and Cease-Fire. Also keep in mind that during a drive-by and war with another Family that most of the rules for fair play are no longer considered relevant to most families due to the nature of offenses committed by both sides. It’s a cold world out there sometimes so yah better bundle up , before yah catch your death. 🙂 - Experience Ratio [ER] and formula:
Lowering your ER is the aim of getting your stamina and energy levels inline with your Gangster’s level for daily play and leveling up requirements. Bottom line is the lower your ER the better. Optimal ER is around 4.6, due to the fact, we’re all supplied energy and stamina refills twice daily and get refills after completing daily tasks as well. Not to mention your additional supply from Assets. However, if you achieve 0.0 ER then it’s likely you wouldn’t need any additional sources for refill of stamina or energy levels prior to leveling up your Gangster. Note: It’s highly unlikely anyone can achieve an ER under 5.000 due to constant changes occurring in ER parameters. Also all changes to stamina must be in concert with Power Attack Costs [PAC]. See the Fighting chapter for further reference and assistance. But try to have your ER around 4.600, use gold tokens to buy skill tokens and add it to stamina.
